WILD CAMPING

UK Mountain Areas

There’s nothing quite like waking up to watch the sunrise with a fresh coffee, knowing that you’re almost at the summit and have all day to walk round the ridge and get back to the valley. Wild camping is allowed in a few of our National Parks as long as people understand the code of conduct and leave no trace. Otherwise you need the permission ofthe landowner - we know a few friendly ones and some great out-of-the-way spots!

Come and experience wild camping for the first time, learn about access rights, the kit you need to stay warm and comfortable, choosing a site, collecting and purifying water, protecting the environment, and bag a few hills in the process. Ideal for a couple, or small group of friends (up to 6). Minimum two days, in the Peak District. Other venues in the UK on request. Kit hire available. For upcoming dates click here…
